WHAT OUR STUDENTS
SAY:
Coming back to the practice of Tai Chi after a year's absence
following a spinal cord injury was the most important step I took in
my long recovery process. My balance, strength and flexibility have
returned to a level I did not expect to achieve again. I love the
class and highly recommend the practice of Tai Chi to all, especially
seniors!
